The woods are alive

This morning on the trail there was a Mourning Warbler. I could hardly hear him over the roar of the Least Flycatchers. This Mourning Warbler was in the Aspen woods on the Vermilion Gorge Hiking Trail. This area is filled with big mature Aspens and is surrounded by mature coniferous trees Рthis would be considered paradise to the Warblers that like that habitat.
