I think the Mama is giving me the evil eye! She has at least 3 babies in the nest.
Here papa Barn Swallow is removing a fecal sac – it almost looks like he’s taking it right from the tail end of the bird. Notice the vivid colors of the male bird and the breast that is totally orange.
